About Me
I’m Colin, a personal trainer with over 25 years of experience helping men feel fitter, stronger, and more confident in their bodies. I specialise in coaching men over 50 because I understand exactly how different things feel as we get older. The joints grumble more. Energy dips. Motivation slips. And the old “train like you did at 25” approach simply does not work anymore.
I’ve been through my own setbacks, injuries, and health scares, so I understand the frustration of wanting to feel better but worrying about where to start, what is safe, and what will actually work for men our age. That is why I take a realistic, supportive approach that respects your age, your body, and your lifestyle. No extreme training, no strict diets, no shouting from the sidelines. Just a clear, structured plan that moves you forward safely and consistently.
My coaching is honest, straightforward, and personal. I listen, I guide, and I adjust your plan so it always fits where you are right now. My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, move more easily, and feel good in your body again.

We start with a relaxed video chat where we talk about your goals, your health, any injuries, and exactly what you want to achieve and over how long. I’ll answer any questions you have and show you exactly how the programme will work for you. No pressure. No commitment. Just clarity.

I’ll create a training and nutrition plan built around your body, your joints, and your lifestyle. Everything is simple to follow with clear video demonstrations, reps, sets, and progressions. No extreme training, no fad diets, no confusion. Just a plan that fits your life and moves you forward.

Support & Real Progress
Each week you’ll check in through the app, and I’ll adjust your plan based on how your body is responding. You can message me any time for help, feedback or motivation. You’ll track improvements in strength, mobility, flexibility, energy, posture, and confidence. Together, we’ll keep you progressing safely and consistently.
