About Me
I’m Colin, a personal trainer with over 25 years of experience helping men feel fitter, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.
I’ve trained most of my life, not just for fitness, but for how it makes me feel. The clarity, the resilience, the mental strength. And as I’ve got older, that’s become even more important.
Because I get it. Things change.
Joints get stiffer. Energy dips. Motivation isn’t always there. And trying to train like you did at 25 just doesn’t work anymore.
I’ve had my own setbacks, injuries, and health scares, so I understand how frustrating it can be. Wanting to feel better, but not knowing where to start, what’s safe, or what will actually work for your body now.
That’s why my approach is simple and realistic. No extremes. No strict diets. No pressure.
Just a clear plan, tailored to you, with the right support to keep you moving forward.
My goal is straightforward. To help you feel stronger, move more easily, and feel good in your body again.

We start with a relaxed video call to talk through your goals, your current fitness, and any injuries. I’ll answer your questions and show you exactly how it would work for you.

Your Personal Plan
I create a tailored training and nutrition plan built around your body and your lifestyle. Clear instructions, simple structure, and everything you need to get started with confidence.

Support & Real Progress
You check in through the app, and I adjust your plan as you go. You can message me anytime, and we keep you moving forward consistently.
